  1. GI Fellows recruitment and evaluation: Directly involved in interviewing and recruiting new GI fellows and their evaluations throughout their 3-yr fellowship.
  2. Inpatient teaching: Directly involved with residents and fellows in teaching during rounds and GI procedures about 26 weeks / yr
